Welcome to logopilot.app.

These terms govern your use of logopilot.app. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

In these terms, "I", "me", and "my" refer to Hemanta Kumar Sundaray, the owner and operator of logopilot.app. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the website.

License and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, I, Hemanta Kumar Sundaray, own the intellectual property rights for all material on logopilot.app, except for the logos you create, which are covered in the next section. All rights are reserved. You may use the website for your own personal or business use, subject to these terms.

You must not:

• Republish material from logopilot.app
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from logopilot.app
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from logopilot.app
• Redistribute content from logopilot.app

Your logos

The logos you create with LogoPilot are yours. You can use them for any personal or commercial purpose, and you do not need my permission or attribution. You are responsible for the brand details you submit and confirm you have the right to use them.

The logos are AI-generated. AI models can produce similar results for similar requests, so I cannot guarantee that a logo is unique or that it does not resemble an existing mark. Before using a logo commercially or registering it as a trademark, you are responsible for checking that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Generated logos are stored for 1 month and then deleted automatically, as described in my privacy policy. Please download the files you want to keep; keeping backups is your responsibility.

Your files

The free image tools on LogoPilot run entirely in your browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to a server. Logo creation is the exception: the brand details you submit are processed in the cloud, as described in my privacy policy. You are responsible for the files you process and for keeping your own backups.

Credits and payment

Creating and editing logos requires credits, which you buy with a one-time payment. Prices and what each action costs are shown on the pricing page. Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Payment and refunds are covered in my refund policy, and the information I collect when you buy credits is described in my privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use logopilot.app only for lawful purposes, and not in any way that infringes the rights of others or restricts their use of the website.

You agree not to use logo creation to imitate an existing brand's identity, to create logos that infringe someone else's trademarks or copyrights, or to produce unlawful, hateful, or deceptive material. I am not responsible for how you use the logos you create.

Disclaimer

The website and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. I do not warrant that the website will always be available or error free, or that the tools will meet your requirements.

Nothing in these terms will:

• limit or exclude my or your liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
• limit or exclude my or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• limit any liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms at any time. Any changes take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
